about salvia....

I don't know it this is the right section to post but I'm just wondering if Salvia is a drug. I have an older sister who buys Salvia at this salvia divinorum online store, and she told me that it's drugs. Well, I don't believe her for a second so can you guys tell me more about salvia? thanks so much.. i'd appreciate any feedback.
